Aiko Diwali Celebrations 2024

Diwali, the Festival of Lights, brought a special glow to Aiko as children celebrated this beautiful Hindu festival with traditional activities and cultural learning. The preschool was decorated with colorful rangoli patterns, clay diyas (oil lamps), and vibrant decorations that created a festive atmosphere.

Children participated in diya painting, rangoli making, and learned about the significance of Diwali through storytelling sessions that explained the triumph of light over darkness. The celebration included traditional music, dance performances, and the making of festive sweets under supervision.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about cultural diversity and the values of goodness, knowledge, and hope that Diwali represents. Parents appreciated the inclusive approach that helped children from all backgrounds understand and respect different cultural traditions.
